Very impressive hotel. The room is outstanding with great furniture and layout, excellent comfortable beds, and was even outfitted with a dog corner where we found a dog bed, bowls, bags, and treats! The staff definitely go above and beyond here. I truly wish I was staying here longer.

What a great pet-friendly hotel! The bilingual, helpful staff were outstanding. For example, I accidentally broke a doorknob and maintenance had it replaced before I even made it back to my room! The bed was soul-sucking (that means we had a great sleep). The washroom had a large jet tub and beautiful shower. It was just what we needed after a long day of driving. We wish we had more time and energy to take the ferry into Quebec city.We had my little pup with us. You have to call ahead to let them know about your animal so they can deck the room out for them. There was a dog bed, bowls for food and water, a poop bag, and a little treat waiting for her. The room was so spacious that I could play fetch with my fur friend. It was the best stay she ever had in a hotel. We want to go back to visit Quebec city and we have already decided to stay here, at the Quality Inn in Lvis, instead of in Old Quebec. I'm going to make it a point to stay here every time I need to stop over. This place deserves all the stars!
Beautiful, clean room. Friendly, helpful staff. Pool was a bit small. The free breakfast was amazing! Plenty of hot, delicious food! And coffee, juice and water any time of the day! Highly recommend!
Clean, good lighting in rooms, great service, breakfast included which is a plus. Coffee all day too. No complaints it's good for a business trip.
