This place is horrible! I called for info about my house insurance that Ive had for many years. They asked me to confirm if my pet situation was still the same, I confirmed that we have since adopted a rescue dog that is a Pitbull/German Shepard/lab mix and they told me that they are revoking the civil responsibility clause of my policy because my dog is a menace to society!!!! And this without asking any info about my dog. FYI Desjardins and its company policies of discrimination are a menace to society!
Une mauvaise exprience avec l'assurance Auto Aujourd'hui j'ai appel pour revrifier une soumission pour mon auto de 2011 parce que je viens d'avoir l'information d'un collgue qui vient du Maroc qu'il a eu une soumission pour son auto de 2016. La diffrence tait vraiment vaste (plus de 1000$ !!!).Lorsque j'ai discut avec l'agent au tlphone il m'a confirmer que seulement l'exprience du Maroc qui compte dans lAfrique. L'exprience tunisienne ne compte pas donc c'est comme si je viens d'avoir mon permis canadien cette anne !!. Il n'a mme pas accepter de lui envoyer une copie du permis Tunisien. tan disque la SAAQ l'accepte. C'est vraiment le honte !!. Le permis tunisien qui est reconnue l'chelle internationale et qui te permets de louer des voitures dans plusieurs pays.L'agent me confirmer que c'tait une dcision prise par la direction !!! Je dconseille vraiment toutes les personnes concernes de ne pas faire avec eu. Pour moi ils sont en train de voler notre argent.

They don't pay. Had a car accident, it took 3 months to have a answer and at the end they say no sense reasons to not pay you.
Screwed me by 5142$!I had a vehicle insured with these folks, my wife totaled the vehicle and when came time to pay out the replacement value, they paid 5100$ less that the replacement value actually cost. They got a price on a vehicle that was left in the dealer inventory from the previous model year that had been sitting there of a year that was not selling because of it's colour and based their reimbursement on that. The actual vehicle we had had a replacement value 5142$ more than the vehicle proposed by the insurance company. I don't recommend Desjardins assurance generals at all!
